This is the island paradise you've been searching for. Crystal clear turquoise waters, white sandy beaches, entirely covered with palm trees.

On this 7 day retreat you will immerse yourself in daily yoga, meditation, workshops, eating delicious fresh food, immersing in nature, drinking coconuts, and making new friends.

​

Siargao boasts the best waves in the country so naturally it attracts a very laid back surfer community and has an incredible natural landscape, which makes for quite the adventure- Explore caves, rock pools, secluded beaches, even plunging into fresh water lagoons from palm tree-rope swings!

Through movement and nature we reconnect to ourselves. This island retreat is intended to nourishing the mind body and spirit for greater wellbeing.

Description 

​

Each day will begin with meditation and a dynamic vinyasa practice in the open air shala (yoga dojo) surrounded by lush green jungle. In the afternoons you'll be soothed with yin, pranayama (breathing techniques) or a calming yoga nidra.

 

Our inspirational workshop offerings throughout the retreat will be focused on using the body and the breath as a conduct to creativity and  awareness. There will be a combination of physical asana based workshops that focus on building strong technical foundations and advancing your yoga practice and workshops that are rooted in the tantric lineage.


All the yoga classes and workshop offerings are catered to suit all level and abilities - from beginners through to advance. There will be options to slow down and take it easy or to challenge yourself and take your practice to the next level.

Accommodation 

The Lotus Shores yoga and surf retreat is nestled in the jungles of the wave-fringed island that is Siargao.  The green leafy gardens, open spaces and architecture inspired by a combination of traditional and minimalist styles. 

​

The communal areas include Kali Ma Cafe & Restaurant. They have comfortable and minimalist interior, designed to give you clarity of mind and inspire you to turn your awareness inward. Relax by the pool and and soak up the sunshine. There will be plenty of time to chill out, so you can feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

Our 6 night retreat includes 3 delicious plant based meals per day prepared by the Lotus Shores chefs. 

 

During the day plenty of fruits, coconut & purified water, herbal teas, coffee and fresh juices will be available.

Sugba Lagoon Boat tour: Sugba Lagoon is a gem of a spot with a 5m and 10m diving board in the middle of a vivid blue lagoon. Adventure, swim, chill out and take in the serenity 

​

Jeepney land tour, rock pool and Tayangban caves: An epic day seeing the sights of Siargao as you explore caves, tidepools, palm-tree rope swings, and palm tree viewpoints

​

Free time: You will have free time available to rest and explore. Chill by the pool, take a walk or go for a bike ride 

 

Reiki healing: Optional reiki (energy) healing sessions will be available

​

Massage: Enjoy a soothing massage in between yoga classes
