Expand beyond the noise.

A day retreat designed to help you open, reset, and find steadiness at the midpoint of the year.

Rooted in the ancient practices of breathwork, kriya, mantra, and movement, this day is supported by somatic movement, nervous system education, and deep sound healing. The day is intentionally sequenced, beginning with practices that energise and expand, moving into grounding and practical learning, and closing with rest and integration.

This is a space to step away from the pace of everyday life and come back to yourself. To move, to learn, to be still. Facilitated by Madeline and Sacha, the day is held with care and designed to leave you feeling both clear and steady.

All genders welcome. All levels welcome. No prior experience needed, just a willingness to show up.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Cacao Ceremony A grounding opening ritual to set your intention for the day and arrive fully present.

Morning Journey A sequenced practice moving through seated kriya, somatic movement, asana, and standing kriya, designed to open the body and shift stagnant energy.

Madeline Dye

Breathwork Facilitator

Madeline’s path to this work has been layered, confronting and deeply human.

Through her own experiences with mental health, movement, breathwork and meditation became practices she could return to for steadiness, clarity and connection.

She now teaches yoga, breathwork and meditation while studying psychotherapy, blending traditional practices with a modern understanding of the nervous system.

This work is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself.
