It can be lit as a daily ritual practice, in meditation, to smudge the house and cleanse it's energy or to create a beautful earthy aroma. Palo Santo is also a great natural insect repellant.
How To Use
Light Palo Santo stick and allow to burn for 30- 60 seconds. After gently blowing out the flame the stick will smoulder. Set and intention to clear the enegry in the space. To clear your own aura, fan the smoke around yourself with the intention that your enegry is being cleansed and protected.
